Camp

We finally arrived at vertical horizon… We got our luggage and went up the stairs to the hall. I was thinking, how long do we have to stay in this hall. All of us were crammed in       the alright sized hall. 

Then we got told to go outside with our hats on and with our drink bottles… Then we got told to go do wonderful activities . We went to the jim and then went off to activities in our activity groups. The high flyers group. That was my group. Did archery first.

Then we wondered of to have morning tea. I had a hot cross bun for morning tea. Then we had 2 more awesome activities to do until lunch time.

 We rushed of to the grass karts. Once again we arrived at a new activity and get a new experience. Then it was time to push the grass karts up the hill… the grass karts a not motorized but you push them up the hill and race down the hill. There is two grass karts. Number 1 kart has its own lane and so does number 2 kart. The grass karts were two seater. The grass karts go very fast down the hill so you need to hold on. Then it was time to was time to go to the next activity. Yay it's the flying kiwi.

 I will tell you about it. You get sung up at go round and round and get pulled slowly to the ground. You got two turns. I loved it and it was a fabulous experience. 

Then it was lunch. It was really yummy. We finally went to our cabins because they were ready and tidy for us. We got into our togs in our cabin and went for a lovely refreshing swim in the lake. I didn't want to jump in at once off the deck. But I did and it was fun. I did bombs in the water. I did flips in. The water was over my head. It was 3 meters deep. We got changed and then had tea. We had chips and burgers. Then we got told to put on a hody and get a torch if you have one.

 Then went to go play spot light. That was very fun and i really like night games so that was very fun… It was at least 8 o'clock so we had to go back to our cabins. We had a milo before we went to up to our cabins to get to bed… We got our sleeping bags out on our beds and then when we got ready we just played board games and some did reading before we went to sleep. Most of us just yaked before we went to bed. Then we went to bed. We turned off the heater before we went to bed. Some snored. (we had a good sleep:D)

The next morning we played a games of monopoly before getting dressed. The monopoly game was hating on me. We had breakfast and then got ready for our activity. We did kayaking. That was fun so then we did the zip line. It was so massive. You whipped down the hill as fast as a cheater. 

Then we went swimming in the river. It was quite cold. Then we got dressed. Had tea. Then went to bed…
